⭐ Qualifications:

✔ Fluent in both Spanish and English – REQUIRED

✔ Previous experience in a dental practice, dental virtual assistant role, or similar healthcare setting preferred

✔ Familiarity with dental terminology and workflows

✔ Experience with appointment scheduling and patient communication

✔ Dental insurance verification experience is a strong advantage

✔ Experience using dental practice management software or EMR/EHR systems is preferred

✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills

✔ Professional, patient-friendly, and detail-oriented

✔ Comfortable handling calls and communicating directly with patients

✔ Reliable internet connection, computer/laptop, and dedicated home workspace

✔ Able to work independently in a remote environment
