Leading auto parts distributor seeks a Customer Service Executive for Phone and mail support.

Requirements:

- 3+ years experience in customer service, collections, sales, portability, or similar

- Advanced English level required
- Must live near Cuautitlán Izcalli

- SAP experience preferred

Your Role:

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls with personalized support
- Manage and follow up on cases: returns, cancellations, shipping issues, and other customer incidents
- Process customer orders in SAP and track warehouse fulfillment

Compensation & Benefits:

- $18,000 - $20,000 MXN monthly
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
