About HONT

HONT is a project management and interior fit-out firm in Mexico. We deliver corporate offices for real estate developers, investment funds and multinational companies, from test-fit to handover.

The role

You will be the client's main point of contact, leading corporate interior projects . You report to the Project Management Director and work closely with our Construction Manager and Administration & Finance team.

What you will do

- Lead client communication, meetings, minutes and next steps, in English and Spanish.
- Prepare client presentations and weekly and monthly progress reports.
- Coordinate design development and construction documents with architects and MEP, HVAC, structural and IT consultants.
- Control each project's budget vs. presente cost and manage change orders with written client approval.
- Maintain the master schedule and flag cost, time and scope risks early.
- Coordinate furniture and equipment procurement, from specification to installation.
- Lead close-out: punch list, as-built package, warranties and handover.

What you bring

- Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- 5+ years managing corporate interior or fit-out projects.
- Advanced English (C1), spoken and written; native-level Spanish.
- Budget control and change order management.




- MS Project or equivalent; advanced Excel and PowerPoint; Microsoft 365.
- Ability to read architectural, MEP and furniture drawings; AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge corporate building regulations.

Nice to have

- PMP or CAPM certification.
- Revit or BIM coordination.
- Experience with multinational clients and turnkey delivery.
- Use of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot for documentation.
