We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Bilingual Social Media Assistant to join our team!

In this role, you will manage the social media presence of one of our Sales Agents. You will be responsible for creating content, responding to messages and comments, engaging with potential prospects, and keeping the Sales Team updated on social media activity and opportunities.

What You'll Do:

Manage and monitor assigned social media accounts on a daily basis.

Publish text posts, images, and short-form videos.

Respond to DMs, comments, and other social media interactions.

Engage with people who interact with the account and identify potential prospects.

Report relevant conversations, leads, and opportunities to the Sales Team.

Keep an organized record of:

People contacted

Messages and conversations

Likes

Comments

Follows / unfollows

Shares

Leads generated

Other relevant engagement metrics

Follow up with people who have shown interest.

Monitor account activity and engagement.

Prepare regular activity and performance reports.

Communicate consistently with the Sales Agent and Sales Team.

Research content ideas, trends, and ways to increase engagement.

What We're Looking For

Bilingual

Able to understand and respond to conversations in English and Spanish.





Strong written communication and good grammar.

Creative and comfortable creating social media content.

Highly organized and detail-oriented.

Proactive and able to work independently.

Comfortable managing multiple conversations and keeping accurate records.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Previous experience in social media management, community management, sales support, or lead generation is a plus.

Schedule

Monday – Friday

7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Full-Time | Home Office

$5.00 USD per hour

Paid Holiday Days off (US). Minimum of 30 days tenure to be eligible:

Labor Day

Independence day

Thanksgiving

Christmas and new year (with a possibility to take one week off)

Memorial Day
