What You'll Do

- Own the branch P&L; and drive sustainable growth and profitability.
- Lead the day-to-day operations, ensuring service excellence, productivity, and compliance.
- Develop and coach a high-performing team while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and identify opportunities to grow existing business.
- Partner with regional leadership to execute strategic initiatives and improve branch performance.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization, cost control, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor branch KPIs and translate data into actions that improve results.

What We're Looking For

- 7+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain, or related industries.
- Leadership experience in Sales, Operations, Business Development, Customer Service,



or Branch Management.
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and build customer relationships.
- Solid understanding of operational and financial performance metrics.
- Experience leading teams and influencing results through others.
- English proficiency required.
- Bachelor's degree.
