Business Analyst – Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management (SCM)

Location: San Luis Potosí, Mexico | Onsite | Full-Time

Job Summary

Seeking a senior Business Analyst / SCM Consultant with 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, maintenance, and supply chain planning. The candidate should have strong hands-on expertise with Oracle EBS R12 and SAP IBP , along with an engineering background and experience delivering business-aligned ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead SCM planning and manufacturing execution model design and implementation.
- Conduct Fit-Gap analysis , requirements gathering, and process optimization.
- Configure/support Oracle EBS modules: ASCP, DRP, GOP, IO, INV, CST, WIP, BOM, ENG, EAM .
- Configure/support SAP IBP: Demand, Inventory, Supply & Response, and S&OP; .
- Lead testing, data/model readiness, user training, and post-go-live support.
- Develop functional/technical documentation and executive summaries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and multinational stakeholders.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering .




- 15+ years of SCM/manufacturing consulting experience.
- Strong Oracle EBS R12 and SAP IBP experience.
- Oracle Supply Chain Planning Cloud / ASCP Expert certification.
- SAP IBP for Supply Chain certification.
- APICS CPIM/CSCP preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Native Spanish and strong English communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite in San Luis Potosí .

Preferred Experience in architectural coatings, housing, sensors, electrical motors, heavy machinery, newspaper manufacturing, or federal maintenance , plus multinational/multi-country project experience.
