Sr. Business Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience in process analysis and business requirements to join our team!

What you will do:

- Map and document AS-IS and TO-BE business processes.
- Analyze complex processes to find gaps, inconsistencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Turn business needs into clear functional requirements that teams can act on.
- Document business rules, flows, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions with business, operations, and technology teams.
- Resolve ambiguities and align definitions across multiple stakeholders.
- Follow up on implementation and confirm that solutions meet business needs.
- Take part in transformation and continuous improvement projects for operational processes.

What you’ll need:





- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Proven experience in the Retail industry, especially store operations, warehouses, inventory, cash registers, payment methods, and operational finance processes.
- A track record of documenting complex end-to-end processes.
- Experience gathering functional requirements for enterprise products or systems.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (Operations, Business, Technology, Product, Development).
- Strong analytical thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Location: The position is based in Mexico City and requires working on-site in Polanco, CDMX.
