Claims Investigator

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Claims Investigator with extensive experience handling personal injury, healthcare, and disability-related claims.

This role is skilled in conducting claimant interviews, reviewing records, validating information, and supporting case investigations involving motor vehicle accidents and injury-related matters, including managing sensitive information, identifying inconsistencies, and maintaining accurate case documentation while ensuring compliance with legal and confidentiality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Claims Investigation & Validation

- Conduct investigations involving personal injury and motor vehicle accident claims.
- Review medical records, employment history, and supporting documentation to verify claim accuracy.
- Interview claimants and gather detailed information to support claim evaluation and case development.
- Identify inconsistencies, discrepancies,



or potential fraud indicators during the investigation process.

Social Media & Digital Research

- Perform online and public-source research to validate claimant information and support investigations.
- Ensure all investigative activities comply with privacy, ethical, and confidentiality standards.

Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare detailed case summaries, investigation notes, and supporting documentation.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files within CRM and case management systems.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Extensive experience in claims intake, legal support, healthcare claims, and personal injury case management.
- Strong background reviewing medical records, claimant documentation, and case evidence.
- Experience supporting auto accident and personal injury-related claims.
- Skilled in claimant interviewing, records verification, and investigative documentation.
- Proficient in CRM systems, claims databases, and case management platforms.
- High level of confidentiality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
