? Tier 2 Cloud Engineer (Mid-Level)

Are you passionate about cloud technologies and problem-solving? We are looking for a Tier 2 Cloud Engineer to join our growing Managed Services team. In this role, you will support, maintain, and optimize cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments while serving as a key escalation point for complex technical issues.

As a trusted technical advisor, you'll work directly with customers and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and innovative cloud solutions.

What You'll Do

✅ Manage, monitor, and support Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid cloud environments.

✅ Troubleshoot and resolve complex infrastructure, networking, security, performance, and authentication issues.

✅ Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.

✅ Serve as a Tier 2 escalation resource for service desk and managed services tickets.

✅ Collaborate with senior engineers on cloud projects, migrations, upgrades, and modernization initiatives.

✅ Provide technical recommendations and best practices to enhance customer environments.





✅ Assist with vulnerability remediation, patch management, endpoint protection, and security incident response.

✅ Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.

✅ Identify opportunities for automation and operational efficiency improvements.

What We're Looking For

✔️ 4-5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Managed Services, or Cloud Engineering.

✔️ Hands-on experience with:

- Microsoft Azure.
- Microsoft 365 Administration.
- Windows Server.
- Active Directory.

✔️ Experience with virtualization technologies:
- VMware.
- Hyper-V.

✔️ Strong understanding of:
- TCP/IP.
- DNS.
- VPNs.
- VLANs.
- Firewalls.
- Routing & Switching.

✔️ Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.

✔️ Strong troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and customer service skills.

✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication.

✔️ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced Managed Services environment.
