KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding quality-related issues and requirements.

- Manage and follow up on customer complaints, quality claims, and product nonconformities.

- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions using 8D, 5 Why, Ishikawa, and other problem-solving methodologies.

- Track and analyze Customer Scorecards, complaints, and quality KPIs.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering, Production, Manufacturing, and Logistics to resolve customer issues.

- Ensure compliance with Customer Specific Requirements (CSR) and applicable automotive quality standards.

- Support customer audits and follow up on findings and corrective action plans.

- Participate in APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), engineering changes, and new product launches as required.

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and prevention of recurring quality issues.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electronics,



Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in Customer Quality, Quality Engineering, or a related position.

- Experience with 8D methodology, root cause analysis, 5 Why, and Ishikawa

- Experience working directly with automotive customers or Tier 1 suppliers.

- Knowledge of IATF 16949 and automotive quality requirements.

- Knowledge of Control Plans, manufacturing processes, and quality systems.

- Experience monitoring Customer Scorecards and quality KPIs.

- Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2) is mandatory, including effective communication with customers and global teams.

- Availability to travel as required.

Sueldo: $28,000.00 - $32,000.00 al mes
