About the Role

We are looking for an Email Graphic Designer specialized in ecommerce and DTC email marketing to create high-performing campaigns and automated flows for a fast-growing US-based health and fitness brand.

You will be responsible for designing emails that are visually engaging while keeping a strong focus on conversion, mobile-first design, and performance. You’ll work closely with the copywriter and Klaviyo Account Manager to turn briefs into polished, on-brand emails ready to send.

Responsibilities

- Design email campaigns for promotions, product launches, sales events, and educational content.
- Design and refresh automated email flows including welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, winback, and subscription retention.
- Build and maintain a modular email design system with reusable blocks, templates, and brand components.
- Create mobile-first layouts that load quickly and render consistently across email clients, including dark mode.
- Create supporting assets such as product visuals, banners, GIFs, light animations, and testimonial graphics.
- Develop design variations for A/B testing and use performance data to improve future campaigns.
- Prepare clean, organized design files for handoff and, when needed,



build emails directly in Klaviyo.
- Collaborate closely with the copywriter and Klaviyo Account Manager from brief through final delivery.
- Maintain visual consistency and quality while working at a high volume and with fast turnaround times.

Requirements
- 4+ years of graphic design experience, including at least 3 years designing emails for ecommerce or DTC brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing email campaigns and automated flows — required.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of email design constraints, including responsive widths, image optimization, live text vs. images, alt text, accessibility, and dark mode.
- Conversion-focused mindset with strong understanding of visual hierarchy, scannability, and CTA placement.
- Ability to work at high volume, meet tight deadlines, and iterate quickly without compromising quality.
- Good English communication skills for working with briefs, feedback, and async collaboration.

Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience building emails in Klaviyo's drag-and-drop editor.
- Basic HTML/CSS for email.
- Motion design experience with After Effects or similar tools.
- Experience creating 3D product renders or using AI image-generation tools.
- Experience working with health, wellness, supplements, or fitness brands.

Sueldo: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mes
