About the Project
We are looking for reliable technical support professionals to assist with a short-term device rework project at a customer site in General Zuazua, Actual León.
The project involves replacing a PCB (printed circuit board) within AC split-unit systems. Technicians will receive clear video-based instructions and guidance before starting the work.
Technician Responsibilities
- Perform PCB replacement on AC split-unit systems according to provided instructions.
- Follow step-by-step procedures and safety guidelines.
- Complete assigned units accurately and efficiently.
- Conduct basic checks after replacement to ensure the work has been completed correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Report any issues or unusual findings to the supervisor.
Technician Requirements
- Previous experience in technical support, desktop support, hardware support, electronics, electrical work, or a similar technical environment.
- Comfortable working with basic tools and hardware components.
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions.
- Able to work efficiently in a high-volume project environment.
- Spanish communication skills required.
- Previous experience with PCB replacement or similar hardware work is an advantage but not essential,
as training and instructions will be provided.
Supervisor – 1 Position The Supervisor will coordinate the onsite team and act as the main point of contact for the customer.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the team of technicians.
- Allocate daily tasks and monitor progress.
- Attend customer meetings and provide project updates.
- Communicate project status, issues, and requirements to the relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure work is completed according to the agreed process and schedule.
- Support technicians with any onsite issues.
Supervisor Requirements:
- Previous experience supervising technical, hardware, field service, or installation teams.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with customers and managing onsite activities.
- Spanish and English communication skills required.
- Technical background in IT, electronics, electrical work, or a related field is preferred.
Project Information
- Approximately 2,000 units are scheduled for rework.
- Expected project duration is 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on completion rate.
- The objective is to complete the project as efficiently as possible.
- Training/instructions will be provided before work begins.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: Up to $2,900.00 per day
