Probolsky Research is growing its employee research practice, and we are hiring the person who will run it.

You will design, field, analyze and report on employee engagement surveys and 360-degree feedback assessments for our corporate, government and nonprofit clients, and then help those clients act on what they learn. You will deliver executive briefings, facilitate results-interpretation and action-planning sessions, and build the toolkits that turn findings into next steps: manager discussion guides, action-plan templates, train-the-trainer materials and post-survey communication plans. You must be comfortable coaching executives on making organizational change.

We are a research firm. We offer employee surveys with a consultative approach: results translated into practical action plans.

Additional responsibilities:

- Thought leadership and content creation

Required qualifications:

- At least 5 years delivering employee engagement or experience survey programs (at a consulting firm, survey provider or in-house)
- You have experience with organizational change and leadership
- You have personally presented survey results to senior executives and facilitated action planning




- Experience with at least one major survey platform: Qualtrics, Culture Amp, Alchemer, SurveyMonkey or similar
- Exceptional English proofreading and editing ability
- Strong communication skills; comfortable advising senior executives
- A bachelor’s degree or higher

A plus, not required:

- A degree or coursework in industrial-organizational psychology, organizational development or statistics
