This role reviews, analyzes, and challenges financial information to ensure accuracy, identify risks and inconsistencies, and provide reliable information for Management and global reporting.

What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Coordinate financial and accounting information between the company, the external accounting firm, and relevant integral teams.
- Review and analyze monthly financial statements, including Balance Sheet, P&L;, cash flow, account movements, and significant variances.
- Identify unusual movements, inconsistencies, risks, or potential errors and proactively follow up through resolution.
- Prepare and coordinate bank transactions, supplier payments, intercompany payments, travel expenses, and reimbursements.
- Prepare, review, and submit corporate and global financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established deadlines.
- Analyze actual results versus budget and forecast, explain significant variances, and support annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Support Management with financial analysis for business decisions and contribute to improvements in financial controls, processes, and reporting.
What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Serve as the primary liaison between Murata and its distribution partners, acting as the regional business owner for assigned accounts and territories.
- Drive regional sales growth by managing the design-registration funnel and enabling distributor branches to position and sell Murata solutions across the MTX&LATAM; region.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within distributor organizations and customer accounts.
- Conduct virtual and in-person business reviews to evaluate distributor performance, identify improvement opportunities, establish strategic priorities, and develop action plans.
- Drive demand creation by identifying new business opportunities and supporting design-in and design-win activities in collaboration with FAEs, Product Divisions, and other technical teams.
- Establish, monitor, and review key performance indicators, including Point of Sale, new business opportunities, design registrations, and other relevant KPIs.
- Prepare accurate forecasts by analyzing market conditions, customer trends, distributor feedback, and business intelligence across the MTX&LATAM; territory.
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- 8+ years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or similar roles.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican accounting, taxes, financial compliance, accounting principles, and financial statements.
- Strong ability to analyze Balance Sheet, P&L;, cash flow, account movements, financial trends, budgets, and forecasts.
- Experience with intercompany operations and preparation or review of corporate/global financial reports.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong English skills, written and spoken, with the ability to communicate directly with international teams.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify problems, assess financial impact, propose solutions, and take action.
