We're hiring a Senior Assistant II to help lead our transport operations and ensure every delivery is executed with precision and efficiency. What will you do?

- Oversee daily transport operations to ensure on-time delivery and cost-effective execution across all routes
- Track and analyze performance metrics to identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement
- Partner with carriers and vendors to maintain service excellence and resolve operational issues quickly
- Support route optimization and warehouse coordination to enhance supply chain reliability

What are the key skills we are looking for?

- Customer Orientation — intermediate level; ensuring service delivery meets client expectations and resolves issues proactively
- Logistics Operations — intermediate level; coordinating transport schedules and managing daily operational workflows
- Transportation — intermediate level; overseeing vehicle maintenance, route planning, and freight handling
- Problem Solving — intermediate level; identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions
- Drives for Results — intermediate level; prioritizing tasks to meet delivery targets and cost objectives
- Digital Literacy — intermediate level; using software tools to track shipments and analyze performance data
- Sustainability — intermediate level; integrating environmentally responsible practices into transport planning
