Avanciers Incorporated is hiring a HIL Validation Engineer for one of our clients.

Role: HIL Validation Engineer

Location: Guadalajara / Mexico City

Work Model: Hybrid for Guadalajara / Onsite for Mexico City

Primary Skills: BCM, dSPACE (ControlDesk, ConfigurationDesk), HIL Testing

- Minimum of 2–5 years of hands-on experience in automotive embedded software validation or HIL testing on BCM.
- HIL Platforms: Deep proficiency in dSPACE (ControlDesk, ConfigurationDesk) or NI/ETAS HIL testing systems.
- Automotive Tools: Expert knowledge of Vector toolchains (CANoe, CANalyzer, CAPL Scripting) and diagnostic testers.
- Protocols: Direct experience testing vehicle networks using CAN, LIN, and UDS.
- Programming: Strong capability in writing and maintaining automation test scripts in Python.
