Description:

We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor to join the team at Hyatt Place Cancun Airport, a 156-room hotel.

This position will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the operations of Housekeeping, Laundry, and Public Areas, ensuring compliance with Hyatt’s cleanliness, presentation, service, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include supervising and supporting operational colleagues, inspecting guest rooms and public areas, coordinating laundry operations, assigning and following up on daily tasks, monitoring supplies and inventories, addressing operational issues, and collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is preferred.

*It is necessary to be a Mexican citizen, as the company is currently unable to hire foreign nationals due to legal permit restrictions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a Housekeeping supervisory or managerial position, preferably within the hospitality industry.





- Experience supervising operational teams and coordinating guest room, laundry, and/or public area operations.

- Strong leadership, organizational, and teamwork skills.

- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and quality standards.

- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.

- Guest-service and colleague-wellbeing oriented.

- Adaptable schedule based on operational needs.
