The HSE Engineer supports the implementation and monitoring of Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment programs, ensuring regulatory compliance and risk prevention in operations.
Their main responsibilities include implementing the LOTO project for hazardous energy control, comprehensive waste management in accordance with current regulations, and monitoring ATEX analyses, ensuring the closure of corrective actions. They participate in HSE compliance and performance audits, as well as operational meetings (QRQC Level 2), monitoring indicators, deviations, and action plans. They are also responsible for keeping the HSE communication boards up to date.
Additionally, they provide safety induction to new employees, verify the correct labeling and handling of chemicals on the shop floor, and support the implementation of the "My Safety, My Responsibility" program, promoting a safety culture within the organization.
