Inside Sales Representative – U.S. Construction / Home Services

Remote – Mexico | Full-Time | U.S. Central Time

About the Role

Green Attic is a growing U.S.-based construction and home-services company expanding its Commercial Solar division.

We are hiring an experienced Inside Sales Representative with previous U.S. construction or home-services experience.

If you have worked in roofing, HVAC, solar, insulation, remodeling, restoration, general construction, plumbing, electrical, or another U.S. home-services company, we want to hear from you.

Solar experience is preferred, but not required. U.S. construction industry experience is more important.

What You'll Do

- Make outbound calls to U.S. prospects and businesses
- Qualify potential commercial solar opportunities
- Follow up on estimates, quotes, and proposals
- Speak with property owners, property managers, investors, and decision-makers
- Handle pricing, timing, and other sales objections
- Ask prospects for the next step or commitment
- Schedule qualified sales appointments
- Follow up consistently by phone, email, and text
- Maintain accurate CRM notes and follow-up dates
- Track calls, appointments, opportunities, and pipeline activity

What We're Looking For

You must have

- Experience working with a U.S. construction or home-services company
- Experience selling to U.S. customers or businesses
- Outbound calling or inside sales experience




- Experience following up on estimates, quotes, or proposals
- Strong spoken and written English
- Confidence handling objections and asking for decisions
- Strong CRM and follow-up discipline
- Availability during U.S. Central Time
- Reliable computer, headset, high-speed internet, and quiet workspace

Experience with commercial construction, multi-family properties, property managers, roofing, HVAC, or solar is a strong advantage.

Important

This is a sales position, not a customer service or general virtual assistant role.

You will be expected to make outbound calls, follow up consistently, handle objections, discuss proposals, and move opportunities toward a decision.
