Job Title: iOS/Swift Developer

Location: LATAM (Remote)

Duration: 6 months with possible extension or FTE conversion

Introduction: We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate iOS/Swift Developer to join our innovative and fast-growing team. This role is pivotal in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge iOS applications that significantly enhance user engagement and drive business success. As an integral member of our mobile development team, you will influence the mobile strategy by delivering high-quality, scalable, and performant solutions aligned with our company’s vision.

Your expertise will directly impact how users experience our products, making this a critical position within our organization.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable, and user-friendly iOS applications using Swift and Objective-C.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend developers to deliver seamless mobile experiences.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting to optimize application performance and resolve issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in iOS development to continuously improve app functionality and user experience.
- Implement and maintain automated testing and continuous integration processes to ensure app quality and reliability.




- Assist in deployment and release management of iOS applications to the Apple App Store.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers to foster team growth and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an iOS Developer with 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience and a strong portfolio of released applications on the Apple App Store.
- Solid understanding and expertise in Swift and Objective-C programming languages.
- Extensive experience with Xcode and iOS SDK frameworks.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to integrate mobile applications with backend services.
- Strong knowledge of mobile UI/UX design principles and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines.
- Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
- Deep understanding of memory management, threading, and performance tuning in iOS.
- Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and continuous integration tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with remote and cross-functional teams.
