Jr. Java Support Engineer

Experience: 3+ years

We are looking for a highly skilled Jr. Java Support Engineer with strong experience in Java, Spring Boot, SQL & Monitoring skills to join our growing technology team.

Required Skills:

- 3+ years of experience in Java development and/or application support
- Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot
- Experience writing, modifying, and troubleshooting SQL queries and scripts
- Knowledge of REST and SOAP web services
- Strong code analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience supporting production applications
- Experience with Incident Management,



Change Management, and Major Incident processes
- Experience working with monitoring and alerting tools
- Hands-on experience with Elastic and Kibana
- Experience using ServiceNow (SNOW)
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production support environment
