Job Title: Reliability Engineering Team Lead

Location: Mexico City, MX (Hybrid)

Must Have:

Python expertise is the top priority, and C++ is good to have, along with solid stakeholder management skills

Requirements

- Strong proficiency in Python, C++ preferred.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments is preferred.
- DevOps/Reliability background.
- Experience or strong interest in data analysis, debugging, and root cause analysis.
- Experience analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends/patterns, and improving data quality.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical/problem-solving skills.
- Experience with monitoring/incident management platforms is a plus.
- Familiarity with distributed systems, cluster environments, request tracing, and event-based log analysis is a plus.
- Experience with data pipelines, system health analytics, and automation using scripts or AI tools is highly desirable.
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.




- Experience with monitoring and incident management platforms.
- Familiarity with distributed systems and navigating complex cluster environments.
- Experience or familiarity with distributed request tracing and event-based log analysis.
- Experience evaluating code safety alerts, including memory errors, thread-concurrency checks, and initialization issues.
- Proficiency in orchestrating complex data pipelines and performing system health analytics.
- Ability to automate repetitive technical tasks using scripts or AI tools.
