Everforth Apex Systems Mexico is seeking a Lead UiPath Architect to provide technical leadership across enterprise automation initiatives. This role is responsible for designing automation solutions, establishing development standards, supporting delivery teams, and ensuring automation implementations align with architectural best practices.

The idóneo candidate will serve as the technical authority for UiPath automation projects, partnering closely with Business Analysts, Developers, and Delivery Leads to translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions. This individual will also drive continuous improvement initiatives, maintain development standards, and provide architecture oversight throughout the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

- Partner with Business Analysts to review incoming automation initiatives and validate technical feasibility.
- Analyze requirements and identify missing technical details, dependencies, risks, and assumptions.
- Design scalable and maintainable UiPath automation solutions.




- Create Solution Design Documents (SDDs), architecture diagrams, and supporting technical documentation.
- Define implementation approaches and technical standards for automation projects.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to UiPath Developers.
- Support implementation teams in resolving complex design and architecture decisions.
- Review automation solutions to ensure compliance with established standards and best practices.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for architecture-related challenges.
- Establish, maintain, and evolve automation development standards.
- Enforce coding standards, reusable component strategies, and solution governance practices.
- Conduct code reviews and architecture reviews across automation projects.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, supportable, and aligned with enterprise architecture principles.
- Partner with Lead Developers and technical teams to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across development practices and delivery methodologies.
- Recommend enhancements to frameworks, reusable assets, and automation delivery processes.
- Support automation maturity and governance initiatives.
- Maintain architecture standards and design documentation.
- Produce client-facing technical documentation and implementation guidance.
- Document architectural decisions,



exceptions, and design patterns.
- Ensure knowledge transfer and long-term maintainability of automation solutions.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
- 7+ years of experience in software development, automation, or solution architecture.
- 4+ years of hands-on UiPath experience including solution design and architecture responsibilities.
- Strong experience designing enterprise automation solutions using UiPath.
- Experience creating:
- Solution Design Documents (SDDs)
- Technical specifications
- Architecture diagrams
- Implementation documentation
- Experience leading technical discussions and architecture decisions.
- Strong understanding of automation development best practices and governance.
- Experience performing code reviews and enforcing development standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong documentation and technical writing skills.
- English proficiency level C1 or higher is a requirement.
