As a Leader of Industrializations and Projects, you will drive the successful industrialization of new products, processes, and manufacturing projects within Safran. Your role bridges Manufacturing engineering, production, and project management, ensuring that industrialization activities meet quality, cost, and timeline requirements. You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure alignment with company strategy and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the industrialization phase for new products, processes, or technological modifications.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful implementation.
- Coordinate and animate multidisciplinary project teams (manufacturing engineering, production, quality, supply chain, etc.).
- Define, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Ensure conformity to customer requirements, industry standards, and regulatory obligations.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to industrialization and project execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders (internal teams, customers, suppliers).
- Monitor project progress and report regularly to management, highlighting achievements and potential issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and promote innovation within the industrialization process.
- Support training, documentation, and transfer of processes to production teams.
- Represent the industrialization function in audits and customer meetings.

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering,



Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, industrialization, or manufacturing in an industrial environment.
- Strong knowledge of industrial processes, lean manufacturing, and quality systems.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficient in project management tools.
- High level of organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Familiarity with Safran's products, sector, and standards.
- Experience working with cross-functional and international teams.
