Maintenance Supervisor Duties

1. Fleet Maintenance Management

- Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance (PM) for all fleet vehicles and equipment.
- Monitor vehicle inspection programs and ensure repairs are completed on time.
- Coordinate breakdown repairs and emergency maintenance.
- Ensure vehicles meet safety and regulatory requirements.

3. Technician Supervision

- Supervise maintenance technicians and mechanics.
- Monitor labor productivity and efficiency.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide training.
- Ensure compliance with company safety procedures.

4. Inventory and Parts Control

- Manage spare parts inventory using MIR.
- Monitor stock levels and reorder points.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts procurement.




- Control inventory costs and minimize downtime due to parts shortages.

5. Cost Management

- Track maintenance and repair expenses.
- Review warranty opportunities and vendor invoices.
- Recommend cost-saving initiatives and fleet replacement strategies.

7. Vendor and Contractor Management

- Coordinate outsourced repair facilities.
- Negotiate repair estimates and service contracts.
- Monitor vendor performance and quality of work.
- Approve repair invoices and warranty claims.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $25,000.00 - $30,000.00 per month
