The Red Tree House is a small boutique guesthouse in the heart of Condesa, Mexico City. We're known for doing hospitality a little differently: warm, personal, relaxed, and genuinely friendly.

Our guests come from all over the world, and even late at night, we want them to feel welcomed, comfortable, and taken care of.

We're looking for a responsible, calm, and dependable person to join our Front Desk team for our weekend night shifts.

Schedule

- Friday, Saturday & Sunday
- 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM
- Part-time

Pay

- $1,500 MXN per week
- Statutory benefits

What you'll do During the night shift, you'll be the person our guests can count on and the one making sure everything around the house is safe and in order.

Your responsibilities will include

- Welcoming guests arriving late and handling their check-ins.
- Answering phone calls, emails, and WhatsApp messages.
- Helping guests with questions or unexpected situations during the night.
- Performing security walks throughout the property.
- Making sure the house and common areas are safe and in order.
- Keeping clear notes and leaving an organized handoff for the morning team.
- Picking up the items needed for our daily breakfast service.





There are quieter moments during the night, but when something happens, we need someone who can stay calm, think clearly, and take care of it.

Who we're looking for

- Fluent English is essential. Most of our guests are international.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and punctual.
- Calm and comfortable working independently.
- Friendly and natural with guests.
- Able to make good decisions and solve problems when needed.
- Comfortable using computers and digital systems.
- Previous hospitality, Front Desk, Cloudbeds, or other PMS experience is a plus, but not required.

We're a small team, and everyone contributes. This isn't just about sitting behind a Front Desk — it's about taking care of the house and the people staying in it. This position can be a great fit for a student or someone looking for a steady weekend job and additional income.
