Key Responsibilities

Manage local orders (order placement → production follow-up → shipping → delivery)

Coordinate cross-border logistics (documentation, customs, freight forwarders)

Track sales data and prepare sales reports and inventory records

Maintain CRM data for distributors and key customers

Manage office facilities, supplies, fixed assets, and daily admin tasks

Support meeting/event logistics and visitor reception

Handle contracts, licenses, and regulatory document filing and tracking

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Supply Chain, or related field

3+ years in sales support, supply chain, or operations

Medical device industry experience is a plus

Fluent in Spanish and English (written & spoken)

Familiar with Mexican business and regulatory environment

Self-starter, organized, and comfortable working in a small team
