- Experience with facility start-ups
- Ability to independently diagnose and solve production incidents
- Must be willing to work onsite daily at the Ramos facility

- Strong technical/functional skillset – must be able to problem solve/troubleshoot independently
- Real SQL troubleshooting capability
- Workflow and Concurrent Manager knowledge
- Interface troubleshooting experience
- Root cause analysis discipline
- Must be disciplined in workload management and cross-functional collaboration between the Business and Digital teams
- Must have good inter-personal skills
