A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a:
Planning Specialist (Integrated Master Scheduling & Project Controls)

- Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and govern Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) across multiple programs, workstreams, and cross-functional teams.
- Build and manage detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), baselines, dependencies, milestones, calendars, and scheduling logic.
- Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis, float analysis, near-critical path identification, and schedule constraint reviews.
- Consolidate project plans across approximately 9 application workstreams into a single Integrated Master Schedule.
- Analyze schedule impacts, delays, risks, and dependencies, providing actionable recommendations to leadership teams.
- Develop Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) models utilizing Monte Carlo simulations and confidence levels (P50/P80).
- Create and maintain forecasting models including ETC (Estimate to Complete), EAC (Estimate at Completion), remaining duration, and forecast completion dates.
- Conduct scenario and what-if analyses to evaluate changes in staffing, productivity, sequencing, and delivery timelines.
- Perform resource planning and capacity management, including resource loading, utilization analysis, bottleneck identification, and ramp-up/ramp-down planning.
- Generate S-Curves and performance dashboards tracking Planned vs Actual vs Forecast progress.
- Apply Earned Value Management (EVM)
methodologies including PV, EV, AC, SPI, CPI, SV, and CV where applicable.
- Produce executive-level reporting, variance analysis, trend analysis, and early-warning indicators.
- Challenge project assumptions, estimates, and schedules through data-driven analysis and evidence-based recommendations.
- Partner with Program Managers, PMOs, Technical Leads, Architects, and Executive Stakeholders to drive successful program execution.
- Ensure schedule integrity, consistency, and compliance with project governance standards.

- Preferred Qualifications
- PMP Certification.
- PMI-SP (Scheduling Professional) Certification.
- PMI-PMOCP or Project Controls related certifications.
- Experience in large enterprise application implementations.
- Experience supporting PMO, Program Management, or Transformation Offices.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Hands-on experience with Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) tools.
- Experience using Power BI for executive reporting.
- Exposure to ERP, cloud migration, infrastructure modernization, or digital transformation programs.
