PR Account Executive | Luxury, Hospitality & Lifestyle

At Alure Agency, we are looking for a PR Account Executive to join our Public Relations team and work with leading international brands across luxury, hospitality, travel, automotive, and lifestyle.

We are looking for someone with previous agency experience, strong communication and media relations skills, and the ability to manage the day-to-day execution of multiple accounts with organization, sound judgment, and a high standard of service.

The position will report directly to an Account Manager and offers significant exposure to international brands and projects, with a clear path for professional growth within the PR team.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute PR and communications plans across multiple client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, media, and relevant industry contacts.
- Develop and continuously update targeted media lists.
- Draft press releases, media alerts, pitches, invitations, briefing documents, and other communications materials.
- Proactively identify editorial opportunities and develop relevant story angles.
- Coordinate interviews, press trips, FAM trips, launches, events, and brand experiences.
- Manage invitations, RSVPs, guest lists, and event follow-up.
- Identify and coordinate influencers, KOLs, and relevant brand partners.
- Track media coverage, opportunities, deliverables, and account KPIs.
- Prepare client reports and presentations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
- Manage timelines and deliverables across several accounts simultaneously.




- Support the development of proposals, presentations, and special projects.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in Public Relations, preferably within a PR or communications agency.
- Demonstrated experience in media relations and pitching.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional English proficiency is required.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proactive mindset and the ability to work with increasing levels of autonomy.
- Strong judgment and an understanding of what makes a story relevant to both clients and media.
- Genuine interest in luxury, hospitality, travel, gastronomy, fashion, design, automotive, and lifestyle.
- Professional presence and confidence interacting with clients, media, partners, and international stakeholders.

Previous experience working with premium brands, hotels, travel, automotive, fashion, beauty, gastronomy, or lifestyle clients will be highly valued.
