Technical Program Manager (TPM)

We are looking for an experienced

Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale, cross-functional technology programs across engineering, cloud, data, and application teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead complex programs from planning through delivery using

Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.

- Manage program governance, risks, dependencies, scope, budgets, and timelines.

- Partner with engineering, product, and business leaders to drive alignment and execution.

- Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to technical teams and senior executives.

- Facilitate technical discussions across cloud infrastructure, data,



and application development

.

- Track business impact,

ROI/TCO

, and value realization.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience as a TPM, Project Manager, or Scrum Master.

- Strong experience managing enterprise-scale, multi-team technology programs

.

- Knowledge of

AWS, Azure, or GCP

, including cloud infrastructure and modern data architectures.

- Strong skills in risk, schedule, resource, budget, and stakeholder management.

- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

- PMP/PgMP, CSM/PSM/SAFe, or cloud certifications are preferred.
