Position Summary
Responsible for monitoring, controlling, and reporting project costs to ensure financial objectives are achieved and project expenditures remain within approved budgets.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor project budgets, costs, commitments, and expenditures.
Prepare cost reports, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
Track vigente costs against budget and identify variances.
Analyze project performance and provide cost-saving recommendations.
Review purchase orders, invoices, timesheets, and subcontractor costs.
Support project planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Maintain cost control systems and project cost databases.
Coordinate with Project Managers, Finance, Procurement, and Commercial teams.
Prepare monthly cost reports and management presentations.
Ensure compliance with company financial procedures and client reporting requirements.




Support change orders, variation tracking, and project closeout activities.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Cost Control within Oil & Gas, Offshore, EPC/EPCI, Construction, or Industrial projects.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, earned value analysis, and cost reporting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost control software.
Strong analytical and financial management skills.
Ability to interpret project schedules, contracts, and commercial documents.
