2 days in the office, 3 days remote
(in-office days may increase to 3 later this year)
Regular hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Temp-to-hire potential:
the contract may be extended or converted

What You'll Do
Process and review
vendor invoices
accurately and on time
Prepare itemized statements, bills, and invoices
, and record amounts due for goods purchased or services rendered
Balance and reconcile batch control totals
against source documents or system listings, finding errors and preparing corrections
Reconcile and post cash receipts
from different departments
Perform
bookkeeping tasks
:



posting data and keeping accurate records of costs and shipments
Take ownership of your tasks and follow them through to completion
What We're Looking For
Must have:
✔️
At least 1 year of experience in Accounts Payable / invoice processing
✔️
Excellent attention to detail
✔️
A strong sense of ownership
and the ability to work independently and manage your own time
✔️ Ability to apply basic accounting and math principles
✔️ Good verbal and written communication and critical thinking
✔️ Solid knowledge of
Microsoft Excel
, Word, and PowerPoint
✔️ High school diploma or equivalent
✔️
Intermediate/Advanced English
Nice to have:
⭐ Experience with
Workday
or other accounting/ERP software
⭐ Associate's degree or studies in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
⭐ Knowledge of accounting policies and regulations
⭐ Experience with billing and cash application
