This is a direct sales position with high earning potential tied directly to performance.
You will be responsible for matching existing inventory with buyers, pitching artwork to collectorsand design professionals, and closing high-value transactions.Key ResponsibilitiesDirect Sales:Actively contact, pitch, and sell gallery inventory to private collectors, art advisors, architects, and interior designers.Outreach:Cold-call and email qualified high-net-worth prospects, design firms, and past buyers to move available stock.Proposals & Closing:Prepare targeted pricing proposals,



negotiate terms, handle client objections, and close deals.Pipeline Tracking:Maintain client records, track active offers, and log sales progress in the gallery CRM.RequirementsProven track record of closing high-ticket sales (art, luxury design, real estate, or high-end retail).
Strong negotiation and closing skills with a target-driven mindset.Motivation to drive direct sales and maximize earnings through commission.Ability to proactively prospect and build a client network without waiting for foot traffic.Fully bilingual in Spanish and English.Based in or near San Pedro Garza García.
