We are looking for a Purchasing Staff member to join our Purchasing team. This position will be responsible for supporting and managing the purchasing process, supplier evaluation and development, quotation analysis, commercial negotiations, and purchase order follow-up.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and negotiation skills, attention to detail, a sense of urgency, and the ability to work effectively with both internal departments and external suppliers.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of professional experience.
- Experience or knowledge in purchasing and supplier administration.
- Knowledge of the purchase order lifecycle and receiving process.
- Experience with Compaq Management System.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate English level with the ability to participate in business conversations is preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

- Evaluate and develop domestic and international suppliers.
- Analyze quotations, costs, delivery times, and commercial conditions.




- Negotiate prices and payment terms.
- Follow up on purchase orders and material deliveries.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Finance.
- Support cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.
