The Quality Director is responsible for establishing, leading, and continuously improving the organization's quality strategy, management system, and performance across aerospace manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and customer operations.

This role provides executive leadership for quality assurance, quality control, regulatory compliance, customer quality, supplier quality, and continuous improvement. The Quality Director ensures that products and processes consistently meet applicable aerospace, regulatory, customer, and internal requirements while promoting a strong culture of quality, safety, accountability, and operational excellence.
Candidate skills & requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related technical discipline.
10 years of progressive experience in aerospace quality, manufacturing quality, engineering quality, or a related field.
5 years of leadership experience managing Quality teams and cross-functional initiatives.
Strong knowledge of AS9100 and aerospace quality management systems.
Experience with customer and regulatory audits.
