Job DescriptionThis position is responsible for operating load statuses at every stage of the load process to ensure operations are running smoothly and maintain a 98% pickup and delivery status.Main Responsibilities:Monitor and track active shipmentsProactively communicate with carriers and driversProvide real-time updates to customers and internal teamsIdentify and escalate potential delays or service issuesEnsure accurate documentation and system updateRequired Skill Set:Punctuality & AttendanceSense of urgencyTeamworkSelf-MotivationProblem SolvingOutgoingRequirements:English level Advance (fluent)At least 1 year of experience Tracking loadsExperience tracking shipments for international loads.
