You will partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure the selection of high-quality candidates.
This role involves not only sourcing and attracting talent but also mentoring and supporting junior recruiters in their efforts.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeCollaborating with hiring managers to determine recruitment needs and develop tailored job descriptionsSourcing candidates from various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networksConducting thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fitManaging the end-to-end recruitment process,
