Requisitos
4+ años en service design, diseño estratégico o UX con foco en Discovery
Portafolio con blueprints, journeys y soluciones implementadas
Facilitación de sesiones con equipos multidisciplinarios
Pensamiento sistemático y comodidad con la ambigüedad
Figma / FigJam y herramientas de síntesis
Responsabilidades
Ejecutar discoveries completos: encuadre del problema, investigación, síntesis y propuesta de solución
Construir journey maps, service blueprints y mapas de ecosistema por producto
Facilitar workshops de co-creation con negocio, tecnología y usuarios
Definir el modelo de servicio y los puntos de contacto digitales y humanos




Entregar al frente de Diseño requerimientos de experiencia claros y priorizados
Medir el desempeño del servicio y proponer iteraciones
