The role follows a hybrid work model, based in Polanco, Mexico City, and San Martín Obispo, Estado de México, with 1-2 days per week on-site and the remaining days working remotely, Monday through Friday.

Your potential is our inspiration.Where You'll Make a DifferenceSupervise warehouse and distribution activities to ensure efficient material flow and service performanceOversee SAP logistics processes, including Deliveries, Shipments, Goods Receipt (GR), and Goods Issue (GI)Monitor warehouse and logistics KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve operational performanceCoordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse Operations, Transportation providers, and Supply Chain teamsInvestigate operational issues and ensure timely resolution to support business continuityGenerate operational, inventory, and statistical reports to support decision-makingSupport logistics and operational cost analysis through reporting and performance monitoringManage audit activities and ensure compliance with operational procedures, inventory controls, and company requirementsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and oversee scrap-related processes to improve efficiency and reduce wasteWhat Makes You the Right FitBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics,



Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, distribution, logistics, or supply chain environmentsExperience supervising warehouse or distribution activities in a manufacturing or distribution environmentExperience working with SAP in logistics, warehouse, or distribution processesExperience using Power BI for reporting, dashboards, and performance analysisStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret operational and inventory dataKnowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, transportation, and distribution processesIntermediate English proficiency, both written and verbalStrong communication, leadership, organization, and problem‐solving skillsHow Would You Stand Out?
