Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:
: Develop preventive/predictive maintenance routines .

: Develop and implement improvement projects, ensure safety, follow procedures and manufacturers recommendations to maintain the goals of the department and customer satisfaction .

: Ability to teach and develop courses and training materials for technicians.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:
: Shift Availability.

: Microsoft Office.

: 2 years of experience with CMMS maintenance system (IE, Maximo, MP2, Infor).

: Strong adaptability and collaboration.

: Teamwork skills.

: Strong customer service attitude.

: English spoken and written 85.

: Communication skills.

: Experience in TPM culture and deployment.

: Strong knowledge in general equipment and building maintenance.

: Strong knowledge of electrical, electronic, mechanical,



pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

: Experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools implementation and Project Management.

: Medium knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Control and HMI).

: Construction Blueprints interpretation and CAD drawing creation.

: Use of measuring and control systems.
