A multinational company is looking for a Operations Supervisor - Integral Payroll to oversee multi-country payroll and jurisdictions including Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Colombia, United States, Mexico and Canada and operational processes supporting a global organization.
This role focuses on day-to-day payroll operations, team supervision, process control, and service delivery , ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities Supervise payroll and P Portuguese (desirable).
Advanced Excel.
Experience with ADP, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, BUK, or similar .
