Time Type: Full Time Team Lead – Customs The Team Lead – Customs is responsible for leading a team managing customs processes for DSV's international customers within GBS.
The role ensures high-quality and timely service delivery through process optimization, KPI/SLA management, compliance, quality control, and effective people management, while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Tasks and Responsibilities Lead and develop the Customs team, including performance management, training, recruitment, and workload planning.
Manage customs processes, ensuring compliance with applicable customs and tax regulations and the accuracy of required documentation.
Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs, ensuring service quality, timeliness, and continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities to optimize, standardize, and automate customs processes.
