Sales Administration Quoter

Sales Administration Quoter is responsible for the successful development of market rates to the customers and / or proposals of the different products of AEES/ PKC Group coordinating necessary information with other PKC departments to send it to the customers, looking forward to continue improvement of process and systems in sales administration department and support to AEES/ PKC Group in be competitive for our customers.

Responsibilities

- Develop final process for quotations, proposals, responses to customer requests related to AEES/PKC group products and maintain proactive communication and strong customer relationship.

- Interact with other team customer service departments as cost estimating, design, finance, etc. to ensure timely responses to customer needs.

- Audit and ensure all process and information compliance with procedures and policies.

- Review and analysis of discrepancies in relation to prices and work with cost estimating department for the solution of them.

- Ensure we have in order with all customer requires to win a business.

- Support the bidding process for new customers, if the customer is not in the AEES/PKC Group system, anticipating sending documentation to expedite the registration process in the system (PLEX).

- Comply with and ensure compliance with PKC Group's Environment, Health and Safety Policy and Energy Policy.

- Comply with the environmental, health, safety and energy requirements set forth in Federal, State and Municipal legislation and applicable regulations related to our activities and products to comply with the EMASS (Energy, Environment, Health and Safety) procedures inherent to their work position.

- Contribute to the effectiveness of the Energy, Environment, Health and Safety Management System, including the achievement of the EMASS Objectives and Goals.

Profile Required

Education and Experience

- Administration degree or afin

- 2 yrs. of experience in relative job.





- Advanced English (fluent write & verbal)

Skill/ Knowledge Requirements

- Knowledge of the products (family harnesses), nomenclature; prices evolution. Customer specific sales documents experience

- Microsoft Office (word, PPT, Excel)

- ERP (PLEX Preferable)

- Basic knowledge of manufacturing process and products

- Handling purchase orders

- Domain of sales administration processor.

- Basic knowledge in customer service roles

- Experience with sales documents and quotes review (referred to as contract / PO review)
