Recruitment Manager
Position Overview
Farahi Law Firm is an award-winning personal injury firm dedicated to fighting for the injured and delivering exceptional legal representation. We are a fast-growing, client-centric team that values aggressive advocacy, innovation, and community impact. We are seeking a Recruitment Manager to lead and oversee recruitment operations across multiple integral regions, including North America and APAC. This role is ideal for a results-oriented talent leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment and is passionate about building effective recruitment strategies, driving process improvements, and developing strong, capable teams.
The Recruitment
Manager will manage end-to-end recruitment activities — from strategic workforce planning and sourcing to onboarding — while leading a team of recruiters and HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Strategy
- Partner with executive leadership to develop annual workforce plans, hiring forecasts, organizational design initiatives, and talent acquisition budgets.
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to deliver on hiring goals across multiple global markets.
- Drive the continuous improvement of recruitment practices to enhance candidate experience, efficiency, and quality of hire.
Recruitment Operations
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Utilize data-driven insights to monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, offer acceptance rates, and recruiter productivity.
- Establish talent pipelines and long-term sourcing strategies for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Process Optimization and Analytics
- Build executive-level recruiting dashboards and forecasting models to support workforce planning and business growth.
- Implement systems and process improvements to streamline recruitment workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
Talent Development and Collaboration
- Train, coach, and develop recruitment team members to build capability, consistency, and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations to ensure alignment on onboarding, workforce planning, and performance goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Proven track record of managing recruitment operations within legal, BPO, or related professional services environments.
- Strong understanding of global hiring practices, particularly in the U.S., Mexico, and Philippines.
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and systems such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, BambooHR, and Google Workspace.
