We are looking for an experienced appointment setter to book Zoom appointments with excavation contractors across the United States.

You do NOT need to sell or close.

Your job is simple

Call → Start the conversation → Build interest → Book the appointment.

We handle the sales presentation and closing.

What You Will Do

We provide you with the leads.

You will call excavation contractors that:

- Have no website
- Have an outdated website
- Have a poor-quality website
- Have website problems
- Need better online marketing

We have already created a first-draft website for many of these businesses, giving you a strong reason to contact them. Your goal is to get the contractor interested, show them what we've created, and book a qualified appointment with our sales team.

Compensation

$50 USD per qualified appointment that SHOWS UP.

You are paid for the show-up—not the sale.

You do not need to close the customer.

Example

10 show-ups = $500 USD

20 show-ups = $1,000 USD

40 show-ups = $2,000 USD

60 show-ups = $3,000 USD

There is no cap on how many qualified appointments you can generate.

Your Responsibilities

You will

- Make approximately 100 calls per day
- Contact excavation contractors
- Introduce the website we created
- Send website preview links
- Send our five-minute video
- Follow up by phone, SMS, and email
- Answer basic questions
- Confirm they watched the video
- Book qualified Zoom appointments
- Double-confirm appointments
- Keep the CRM updated

You are NOT responsible for closing sales. Your responsibility ends when a qualified prospect shows up for the appointment. Clients just need to show up and watch 5 minute video prior to the call. Thats it. You get paid if they buy or dont buy. Your job is just get the on the zoom video call with us and make sure they want the video prior to ensure its a good fit.

Experience calling contractors, home-service businesses, construction companies, or other small businesses is a major advantage.

Important

This is a performance-based position.

There is no hourly salary.

You earn $50 USD for every qualified appointment you book that actually attends the scheduled meeting.

If you are confident in your ability to get business owners on the phone, create interest, follow up consistently, and book appointments, there is significant earning potential.
