BikesOnline is seeking a dedicated and skilled remote Sales Agent to join the team. As a vital part of the Sales department, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional sales support to customers and our US Sales Supervisor.

What You’ll Do
The BikesOnline Sales Agent is a vital part of the Sales department, providing outstanding sales support to both customers and the Sales Supervisor. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability. Your exceptional sales and customer service skills will extend to converting pre‑sales enquiries into a sale, via product recommendations and targeted customer offers (B2C). Reporting to the Sales Supervisor, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Present, promote and sell suitable bikes to customers based on their needs and enquiries, upselling parts & accessories relevant to their chosen bike;

Reach out to customer leads either by phone, live online chat, or follow up with a ticketed email, sharing special offers or product recommendations to increase conversion rate and customer lifetime value;

Selling products using solid arguments (rationale / value proposition) to prospective customers;

Maintain positive business and customer relationships to ensure future sales;

Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule;

Contribute tomarket analysis,



assisting with sales tracking and status reports;

Maintaining accurate customer records;

Answering customer questions about bike products and availability

Complete sales reports and assigned tasks from the Sales Supervisor

Attend weekly meetings with Sales Supervisor

Continuously improve through feedback, while providing feedback on how the sales team can improve the customer experience and sales results

What You’ll Have

Previous bicycle experience is essential; including familiarity with a broad range of bicycle products, including parts and accessories

Proven success as a sales representative or in a role providing consultative customer service

Strong written and verbal English skills with active listening ability for seamless customer interactions

Proven time management ability to stay on task in a remote working environment, meeting goals and timelines

Demonstrated decision-making, and analytical skills

Proficient in using CRM software for organization and customer follow-up; previous experience with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, computer, and online skills. Exposure to and use of AI tools and applications

Calm under stress, adaptable to system/process changes

Excellent selling, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Continuous improvement mindset, open to feedback, takes ownership, and demonstrates responsibility
