Digital Growth Specialist - Campaign Optimization Our client is seeking a highly analytical and data-driven Digital Growth Specialist to join their fully remote team. You will be responsible for optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels to achieve maximum efficiency and effectiveness in user acquisition and engagement. This role is ideal for someone passionate about diving deep into data, experimenting with new strategies, and driving measurable business outcomes in a versátil, remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities Analyze performance data from digital marketing campaigns (paid search, social media ads, display, etc.) to identify areas for optimization.
Implement and manage A/B testing initiatives for ad creatives, landing pages, targeting parameters, and campaign strategies.
Monitor campaign budgets and bidding strategies to ensure optimal spend and achieve target KPIs such as CPA and ROAS.
Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure marketing assets are aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
Provide regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations to stakeholders.




Stay current with the latest trends in digital advertising, performance marketing, and growth strategies.
Requirements Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing , with a strong focus on campaign optimization and performance analysis.
Proven experience with major advertising platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and data visualization.
Strong understanding of statistical concepts relevant to A/B testing and campaign analysis.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
