bXperts is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and support industrial projects in Mexico and across Latin America. This hands-on role involves coordinating on-site activities, technical teams, customers, and contractors throughout equipment installation, commissioning, start-up, and production-line improvement projects.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee on-site project progress and ensure activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

Support the execution of equipment installation, commissioning, start-up, and production-line improvement projects.

Coordinate project activities between customers, technicians, contractors, and internal teams.

Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables to help ensure on-time completion.

Assist with planning manpower, materials, travel logistics, and technical resources.

Support troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues during project execution.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations, GMP requirements, and customer standards.

Provide regular project updates and maintain clear project documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in project engineering, field service, manufacturing, automation,



or industrial operations.

Experience in the food and beverage, packaging, bottling, dairy, or consumer goods industries.

Good knowledge of industrial equipment installation, commissioning, start-up, and maintenance practices.

Strong coordination, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, contractors, and multicultural project teams.

Advanced English proficienc

What We're Looking For

Availability to travel within Mexico and across LATAM according to project requirements.

Valid passport and ability to meet customer-site access and safety requirements.

Professional, customer-focused approach and strong teamwork skills.

Experience using MS Project and Monday.com is an advantage.

PMP certification is a plus.
