We're looking for an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support across our office, manufacturing, and warehouse operations in Tijuana. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working directly with users, and growing their IT skills in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do: Support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, software, and peripheral equipment
Troubleshoot network, wireless, and connectivity issues
Assist with video conferencing, voice, and communication systems
Track and resolve service requests while delivering excellent customer support
Collaborate with IT teams on technology projects and improvements
What we're looking for: 2-3+ years of hands-on IT support experience
Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
Knowledge of Windows environments, networking, and IT hardware
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills
